これは mobile のページ上では
<a href="http://mgw.hatena.ne.jp/?guid=on&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.com%2F">http://www.example.com/</a>
だけど、API で body_formats=html_mobile で取ったときは
<a href="http://www.example.com/">http://www.example.com/</a>
になっている。
